Maandag 5 augustus is de praktijk weer geopend.

Herhaalrecepten kunt u inspreken op de herhaalreceptenlijn. Deze receptenlijn blijft tijdens de vakantie in gebruik.

LET OP: De praktijkondersteuners zijn WEL aanwezig en draaien spreekuur. Heeft u een afspraak met de praktijkondersteuner; dan kunt u zich aanmelden bij de aanmeldzuil in de wachtkamer van de huisartsenpraktijk.

General Practice De Singel will be CLOSED from Monday, July 22nd to Friday, August 2nd, due to holidays.

You can leave a message on the repeat prescription line to request repeat prescriptions. This line will remain in operation during the holiday period.

PLEASE NOTE: Practice nurses WILL be present and will be holding consultations. If you have an appointment with a practice nurse, please report to the registration terminal in the waiting room of the general practice.
